The "Ciabatta line" can produce a wide range of products (ciabatta,
loaves, focaccia etc.) of different size and thickness through a
continuous working.
Batter EPL Zero Stress System Extruder can safeguard dough and gluten
structure by imitating manual mixing; this system prevents water from coming
out, guarantees dough elasticity and easy working.
Thanks to its high productive capacity (900 kg./h on the average) and to its
flexibility in the production, it guarantees a high quality finished product and
can satisfy any demands coming from the industrial production.
